Overnight oats with rolled oats and oat bran

Ingredients

1,5 dl Stangeland Mølle small rolled oats with oat bran

1 dl milk

1 dl vanilla quark

½ ss Liquid honey

1 ss sunflower seeds

¼ ts salt

Topping:

1 plum (sliced) or 1 tbsp plum jam

Liquid honey

Toasted oats or walnuts

Instructions:

Mix together the milk, vanilla quark, and honey. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Pour the mixture into a suitable glass with a lid or cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

Enjoy with plum slices and a little honey, or a fresh plum jam. For extra crunch, sprinkle toasted oats or nuts on top.

How to make toasted oats:

Heat 1-2 tbsp oats in a warm pan, sprinkle with 1 tsp sugar, and stir until the sugar is melted and the oats are golden.

If you'd like another topping, try fresh berries, your favorite jam, or even sliced banana with honey.
