Overnight oats with organic oats
Do you love kefir and applesauce? Then this overnight oats recipe is perfect for you, featuring organic oats, applesauce, cinnamon, and pumpkin seeds.

What you need:
1 ½ dl Stangeland Mølle small rolled organic oats
3 dl kefir
2 ss applesauce
½ ts ground cinnamon
½ ss pumpkin seeds
¼ ts salt

Topping:
Thin apple slices
Applesauce
Ground cinnamon
Chopped hazelnuts
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients and pour into a glass with a lid or cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Enjoy with thin apple slices, a sprinkle of cinnamon, applesauce, and some coarsely chopped hazelnuts.

TIPS: For extra flavor, toast the hazelnuts in a pan over high heat until the skins crack open. Transfer to a cold plate, let cool, and use as a topping.
